This stunning Brooklyn waterfront tower will be ready for occupancy this July. The 40-story tower sits in Williamsburg and was developed by Douglaston Development and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group.

There are a total of 554 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Each home has floor-to-ceiling windows, solar shades, floors lined with smoked walnut, and an open kitchen that features glass cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Some of the units listed start at $2,375 for a studio, $3,400 for a one-bedroom, $4,250 for a two-bedroom, and about $6,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.

 All residents will enjoy the building’s astonishing amenities such as an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, landscaped courtyard, fitness center, terrace lounge that features a fireplace, whirlpool, children’s playroom, and more.
