60 Water Street

Just blocks from the waterfront in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood and steps away from the Brooklyn Bridge is this modern 17-story structure. Studios start at $2,550 a month, one-bedroom apartments start at $3,400 per month, and two-bedrooms run for $5,150 per month.


388 Bridge Street

This new high-rise building located in Downtown Brooklyn stands 53 stories tall, towering over most of the buildings in the area giving each apartment gorgeous views of the skyline, night and day. Every home–from studio to four-bedrooms and the penthouse– feature oversized windows with high ceilings, an open layout, top-of-the-line designer hardware, and more.
